Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Returns & Exchange Policy in its entirety.

2. General Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your school uniform purchase. All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. No Refunds – Store Credit Only
Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns will be issued as store credit to be used for future purchases on our website.

4. Return Timeframe
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns received after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at shop@kawagarments.co.ke  within the 7-day return period. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number and the shipping address for your return.
3. Ship Your Return: Carefully package the items and ship them to the provided address. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Conditions for Denied Returns
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our conditions, including if it is:

• Returned after the 7-day period.
• Worn, washed, or damaged.
• Missing original tags or packaging.
• A final sale or clearance item (as marked at the time of purchase).

7. Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of its approval. Your store credit will be issued to your customer account or via a unique code, and will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

8. Incorrect or Faulty Items
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us immediately at 0716 020 055 with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these specific cases and will arrange for the correct replacement or issue store credit.
