1. Commission Structure

Kawa Garments agrees to pay a 5% commission on the net sales price of successful transactions. “Net Sales” is defined as the total amount received from the customer, excluding shipping, taxes, and applied discounts.

2. Tracking & Cookies

We utilize a 60-day tracking cookie. If a customer clicks your unique affiliate link and makes a purchase within 60 days, the sale will be attributed to your account, provided they have not cleared their cookies or used another affiliate’s link subsequently.

3. Qualified Purchases

Commissions are only earned on cleared, non-returned purchases. A sale is considered “Cleared” once:

• Payment has been successfully processed.
• The 14-day customer return window has closed.
• The order has not been flagged for fraud or cancellation.

4. Payout Schedule

Payments are issued on a monthly basis. Commissions earned in a given month will be processed and paid during the first week of the following month, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met and the transactions are finalized.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not use “spam” marketing, deceptive advertising, or bid on Kawa Garments trademarked keywords in search engine marketing. Any violation of brand integrity will result in immediate termination of the affiliate relationship.
